The girl said they closed the feb 21 issue in Dec '08. They never told me. Gee I never talked to a detective (these were felonies) and tell them about the other witness at LAPL. I bet they found the LAPD did nothing wrong. There was no investigation. And they never talked to the witness I told them about. The one that worked at the nearby Shell station. There are no honest people in this government. I recall how the U.S. Justice Department got caught only hiring repubilicans. Obviously the Justice Department isn't the only department stacking their rolls. If this LAPD hurts me will someone please shoot them. I demanded to sign a 1.1 form but they refuse to investigate. I received a reply from the California State Attorney, Oct 23, 2009 signed C. Hallinan, Public Inquiry Unit. They recommented me to seek out the District Attorney. I guess I will, although I have reservations about them. They are what this "terrorest threat" business came from! Now it's just a holding pattern untill I get personal business behind me so this letter is just a reminder to keep the account open. Feb 9 2011 Here's the webcam picture of the paper the police said I littered. It's a copy of USA TODAY dated 7 Feb 2008, two days before the police report. 5/26/2011 the police stopped me again this morning in front of the public libary about 10 am. I was working on a project for a friend that uses a motorized mirror to track and reflect the sun into skylights for extra sunlight. At first there was just two of them. They couldn't enter the library parking lot since the gate was still shut. I told them what they wanted to hear and tried to walk away, but they wouldn't let me. They were very rude and started an argument. Every time a new cop shows up they say they are investigting to see if I am making bombs. Two of them explained why they were late was because they stopped some guy crossing the offramp. One of those cops took my cigerattes out of my pocket that makes it illegal search and seizure. Sgt Boatwright decited to take me downtown to check my ID but really they were just punishing me for refusing so listen to their lectures. I call it using me as an entertainment center. Complaints to follow later. After all they may have made the intitial complaint themselfs on cell phones. my policy is I think the police will continue to accuse me of felonies given the chance. And they do. 5/27/2011 Was talking to my brother, Edmond Edwards. He told me the police told him (and they pointed at my gadget) and said it was a bomb. So hey! The police did frame me for being a bomb maker. Made attempt for a formal complaint 20 Jan 2012. I already expect the cal prosecuter to ignore my but I have to give them a chance. Next step is civil disobedience and its best not to give these gangsters a heads up to make that harder. My bad. The LAPD replied to this complaint. That's never happened before! I didn't know it until April 17. The ref number is CF 12-000721. Then on 24 April I get another letter (written 5 April 2012. I get my mail through a friends mail box, if he's late I get my mail late) to call a Sgt Andert 1-818-726-3620. To set an appointment to let them try to talk me out of it, I'll bet.
